Julie's work is specific but open-ended. She comes with an idea based on our last sessions, but then she watches me carefully and alters what she gives me based on my abilities and needs. Julie makes me understand why personal, specific, private sessions are different than group classes or solo workouts. I have made significant progress that I can measure and use elsewhere from each time I've trained with her.
